The Koneru Lakshmaiah University Engineering Entrance Exam is a university level entrance exam conducted to provide admissions to the eligible candidates in the different UG as well as PG courses offered by the university in different streams including- engineering, medical, architecture and other disciplines.

The applicants should be Intermediate/ Class 12th passed from any recognized central/ state Boards of India and should have studied the following subjects as the main subjects- Physics, Chemistry and Physics respectively.

Scheme of Examination:
There shall be an objective type paper consisting of multiple choice questions on the following main subjects:
Mathematics: 80 Questions
Physics: 40 Questions
Chemistry: 40 Questions
Biology: 75 Questions (Botany: 40 Questions; Zoology: 74 Questions)
Total Number of Questions: 160 (for Biology subjects: 145 Questions)
Total Marks Allotted: 160
Marking Criteria:
The applicants will be provided one mark for each correct answers marked by them and there will be zero marks given for the wrong answers marked by them.
Syllabus of Study:
The candidates shall be preparing for the concerned entrance exam through the Class 11th and 12th Board Exam Books and syllabus prescribed for this purpose. The candidates qualifying in the Koneru Lakshmaiah University Engineering Entrance Exams shall be provided admissions in the different KL University affiliated colleges which includes both government and private colleges under it.
